He has 3 children, and is still married to his beautiful wife, Sharon.

Shawn is actively working with professionals in working surplus funds, deed flips, estate buyouts and redemption buying.  He first became involved in alternative real estate in the early 2000's.

Shawn is a Christian, and has experience in jail and homeless ministry.  He is NOT an ordained minister.
